The Marietta Daily Journal reported that Safe Kids Cobb County presented the Marietta Fire Department (MFD) with the 2016 Volunteer of the Year Award for their partnership in delivering Safe Kids Child Safety Kits to houses in MFD’s Home Safety Visits program.
